As we've all probably read this week Neil Young and Joni Mitchell have taken Spotify to task over the Josh Rogan podcast which apparently showcased an interview with an antivaxer so the platform was accused spreading misinformation on Covid, consequently the controversy has been rolling out all week with Neil and Joni taking their music off the platform. Its not a hammer blow to Spotify but plays into the continuing narrative that Spotify isn't an artist friendly platform.
