The biggest music star on planet has done it again, broken records but probably not in the way that was intended, when the tickets went on sale for Taylor's Eras Tour the Ticketmaster system essentially crashed under the enormous demand, Taylor went on to sell a record 2 million tickets in one day but in the process left many fans bereft at the clunky way the system has keep them on hold for hours and then mercilessly thrown off the system. And yes of course thousands of tickets ended up on secondary tickets sites selling for thousands of dollars.
