Spotify adopts a 'work from anywhere' policy

Its going to be interesting to see how the creative industries re-calibrate once things get back to normal, will the worker bees be allowed to continue to work remotely? Spotify have laid their cards on the table in a recent blog saying that they're adopting a 'work from anywhere' policy, works not about where you do it, its all about how you do it.
